A successful candidate should have:

• Diploma in electro technical services and a basic high school college qualification.
• Proven knowledge in the operation and electrical maintenance of the equipment .
• Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage.
• Above average experience required. Especially regarding home wiring, HVAC, Split AC, FCU, FAHU, AHU equipment and wiring. Knowledge of white goods – home appliances to component level with troubleshooting and repair is advantage.
• Troubleshooting of technical problems, repair or change a part, analyze the defects and efficiency of parts and equipment, spare parts stock control, submitting of necessary reports.
• Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, and tools used in the construction/maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematic and wiring diagrams.
• Good knowledge about high voltage and low voltage circuits.
• Self-confidence, reliability, ability to work in team, accurate and presentable.
• Capability to sell and expand our services to existing and customers.
• High customer orientation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Main Duties / Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the execution of all electrical maintenance, installation and repair works in an efficient manner as specified in the technical & administrative directives.
• Fix mains / domestic single and 3 phase supplied distribution systems and all lighting and in-house power installations / appliances.
• Maintenance of HVAC and pool plants equipment.
• Maintenance and repair of AC power supply circuits in apartment, connecting wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components.
• Assemble, install, troubleshoot, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures.
• Assist with all emergency services, e.g. fire alarms, lighting, batteries and standby power requirements, inclusive of generators.
• Control systems to M&E related processes e.g. general equipment, televisions, hair dryers, shavers sockets, etc. and all guest and service lifts.
• Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Ensures the efficient operation of all electrical equipment as well as installation and replacement of connections and equipment.
• To maintain essential stock of spare parts.
