About the role

An exciting role has arisen for a Spa Supervisor to join the Talise Spa and Wellness Team at the Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. The main purpose of this role is to provide a highly personalized service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotelconsult, giving advise and treat guests on wellbeing techniques and treatments. 

You key duties will include:

• Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
• Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.
• Assist in promoting spa & products to guests and offer full product knowledge.
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
• Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.
• Participate in on-going training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to study your skill.
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.
• To replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly

About you

The ideal candidate will:

Be dynamic, focused, proactive and result-oriented

• Must have an specailization diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position with the specialization of QUIROMASSAGE, FEET REFLEXOLOGY, LYMFHATIC DRAINAGE, FACIAL, HANDS AND FEET TREATMENTS
• Be highly capable to multi-task and manage a wide range of projects simultaneously
• Be driven to perform high with output combined with an eye for detail
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Must speak fluent SPANISH and ENGLISH (other additional languages will be highly valued)
