Intern (m/f) Customer Care in a worldwide airline company

We are looking for motivated and proactive students (m/f) who use their knowledge to support the customer care department team.

As a part of the local team, your tasks will include the following:

  • General Support in SwissPartnerPlusbenefit Program
  • Customer support on telephone / fax /email in German, English and French
  • Learning the reservation - and ticketing system for operational handling procedere
  • Internal support
  • Process-Optimization within customer care
  • Different administrative activities

Your profile

  • At the date of the internship you have completed the 2nd semester in business administration
  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship or internship between the Bachelor and Master programm (Gap Year)
  • Excellent communication (esp. written) and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented, motivated, energetic personality with keen perception
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy and organization
  • High degree of flexibility and commitment
  • Quick adjustment to unknown tasks
  • Previous experience in the field of operational support (preferred, but not required)
  • Fluency in German and English, advanced French skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications

Starting January 2016 for 6 months
