We are looking for motivated and proactive students (m/f) who use their knowledge to support the customer care department team.
As a part of the local team, your tasks will include the following:
- General Support in SwissPartnerPlusbenefit Program
- Customer support on telephone / fax /email in German, English and French
- Learning the reservation - and ticketing system for operational handling procedere
- Internal support
- Process-Optimization within customer care
- Different administrative activities
Your profile
- At the date of the internship you have completed the 2nd semester in business administration
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship or internship between the Bachelor and Master programm (Gap Year)
- Excellent communication (esp. written) and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, energetic personality with keen perception
- Ability to work independently and with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- High degree of flexibility and commitment
- Quick adjustment to unknown tasks
- Previous experience in the field of operational support (preferred, but not required)
- Fluency in German and English, advanced French skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
Starting January 2016 for 6 months
