  • Analyze recruitment requirements based on actual situation
  • Actively suggest and check different efficient recruitment sources
  • Provide professional advice for interviews
  • Training requirement analysis
  • Training plan implementation
  • Career succession planning
  • Provide administrative to the department
  • Assist in other HR duties – coordination and other administrative tasks
  • Support on all other HR & Administration job in HR department
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Your profile

  • Diploma holder with human resource major preferred.
  • 2 years working experience in Human Resource field.
  • Well-versed with Chinese labor law and HR regulations and practices.
  • Independent, mature, proactive with good interpersonal skill and ability to perform complicated tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Presentable, personable, well-mannered and responsible
  • Strong communication skills and polite telephone manner
