• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Willing to work Evenings and Weekends - Our opening hours are from 7am to 10pm, 365 days per year and good attendance and punctuality are very important to us!
• Interest in long term opportunity (12 months +)
• Eligibility to unrestricted work in Ireland 
• Experience in a customer service environment, Ideally in the travel industry is a distinct advantage
