The ideal candidate will be a strong and motivated individual with a solid HR background and at least 2 years experience in a similar position (Supervisor or similar position). Confidence with people, a positive approach and excellent communication skills are essential. In this position you will support the HR Director in running the HR department with 7 team members and be responsible for the department in the HR Directors absence.
