- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Resort.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for Directors/GM & RM meetings, when required
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public & staff inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a word-processing system
- Support and administration in the Annual staff party agenda
- Perform other related duties as required
- Manage the daily calendar for GM/RM
- Accuracy in handling all confidential matters relating to the GM correspondence, and in general

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the hotel from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort.
- Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with hotel rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of resort facilities. Employees who violate the rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Diploma in Office Secretary
- First Aid Training
- Other professional experience is plus
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Minimum 2 years of experience within 5 star branded resorts in the same capacity – Essential
- Ability to speak, write and converse advanced level of English – Essential
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office package – Essential
