The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the restaurant function within the company 
• Ensuring that all waiters and captains are performing effectively and are compliant with company service standards
• Assiting the restaurant managers where required 
• Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and interact to achieve this
• Dealing with any customer queries effectively
• Helping the floor team to take orders and deliver the service standards required by the company
• Being compliant with company health and safety policy at all times 
• Training and motivating staff
