Trainee in Food and Cooking Development

We are looking for a well-organized professional with attention to detail and a passion for food to join our Culinary & Corporate Affairs Team and to provide support during different business events.

The period of the internship is 8 months.

The Trainee in Food and Cooking Development is responsible for:

· Establishing and supporting culinary business(presented in Bulgaria with Maggi) with product development, including recipes and meals preparation;

· Responsible for the content of the culinary digital channels (web site, FB, Mobile App, Youtube, etc);

· Managing of the Food Demo Room with all the originating activities – such as degustation, cooking sessions, formal lunches and establishing an annual calendar of all activities;

· Implementing the Nutrition, Health and Wellness vision within the food activities;

· Organizing corporate or departmental food related events with internal and external parties;

· Being a member of internal cross-functional teams as food specialist and responsible for organizing any food-related activities as part of corporate events (ex. Christmas Party, Sales Conference)

· Performs other ad-hoc activities delegated from the Line Manager.

For this personally and professionally challenging position, we are looking for dynamic and result oriented personalities with the following profile:

  • University Degree in food technology or restaurant management is a plus;
  • Previous experience with cooking and with event management is a plus;
  • Experience in food and cooking blogging is a plus;
  • Strong interest in food and cooking area;
  • Fluent in English;
  • PC skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet;
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills.
