Your duties will include;

• Passing all information to next shift about functions and activities.
• Keeping the section clean and tidy.
• Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Working to the specifications received by the direct reports and supervisors regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index.

About you

You will need to have at least one year experience of working in pastry within a 4 or 5 star property.

Personality is the key to our roles, as is a genuine passion for world class personalised service. Excellent command of the Spanish language is required. Other languages are highly valued. We want people who are confident, willing to multi task and undertake duties outside of the normal job description.
