Operations Manager

Are you looking for a challenging career in a fast paced team environment?  Our company is looking for a goal oriented Operations Manager who is interested in growing their logistics career by helping to elevate our Phoenix Distribution Facility.  The facility is 20,000-sft and primarily supports our Wire & Cable business.

The right person for this position is someone who is able to successfully balance building a strong, cohesive team, while effectively managing their time and meeting competing priorities.  Accurate with details and process oriented this person will be able to maintain a macro vision of the overall operation and will be able to readily adapt to change and at times spearhead the change.

Responsibilities include: security of the building and equipment, employee staffing and scheduling, training, tracking and maximizing operating efficiencies, payroll and time reporting, safety, OSHA and all regulatory compliance.

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 5 years warehouse operations experience

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience

  • Degree in business or related field is considered a plus
