Sales & Marketing Secretary is needed

Company: Shangri-La Hotel Location: Doha Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide for all secretarial services within the Sales and Marketing Division in accordance with standards, corporate guidelines, policies and procedures as established by the company and the hotel
  • Coordinate daily office related activities, provide accurate document processing, ensure efficient internal and external communications and complete administrative duties as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing

Experiences and skills required:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
