Position Description:

We are currently seeking for a strong Executive Sous Chef to join our award winning culinary brigade. We are seeking an individual with a wealth of experience in a multi cultured environment within a 5 star luxury resort capacity. This position will be responsible for the daily operation of the culinary team which includes four guest restaurants, 24 hour villa dining and a team restaurant that caters for 800 employees. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standard of food quality as per One&Only standards and procedures. Demonstrates excellent product knowledge of all food and special functions held at the resort. Presents oneself in a way that enhances the overall guest experience by adding life and energy into each outlet. Ensures all food requisitions are prepared within the time parameters set by the resort and always display attributes of geniune hospitality.

In return we offer an attractive salary in USD, single accommodation, full board, annual home leave flights and two rest and recreational leaves per annum including allowance.

Position Requirements::

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary preferred.

- Minimum 5 years’ International experience as an Executive Sous Chef within a 5* luxury property across Europe and Asia.

- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of Western and Asian cuisines.

- Must be ‘hands on’ and able to practice and demonstrate excellent technical kitchen skills.

- Fluent in English and should have excellent communication skills.

- Excellent leadership skills, Proactive, positive attitude to work and demonstrate flexibility.

- Intermediate HACCP certified

- Intermediate Computer Skills
