Assist a program manager, project key leadership, and project team with planning, coordinating, scheduling, and tracking delivery of complex project activities, integrated risk management, and associated delivery coordination in industry -leading Cyber project, delivering across multiple government agencies. Design and maintain large project schedule and risk register by interviewing and coordinating subject matter experts, maintaining the status of all project activities and risks, updating key deliverables across the project life cycle. Work independently and in teams to map and analyze all phases of COTS integration and maintenance of project, from design and accreditation through integration and maintenance. Apply knowledge of and expertise with mapping external dependencies along with critical path analysis for projects that impact many stakeholders. Design, maintain, and track project risk register with consideration to impact of risks on project schedule.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with project schedule composition and progress tracking, managing critical path analysis, and performing critical path tradeoffs

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling software

-3+ years of experience with editing and finalizing documents in deliverable-ready state in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with project risk management, risk management fundamentals, and assembling and maintaining risk registers

-Knowledge of advanced level through planning and use from project’s start to closeout on several successful projects

-Ability to be proactive, a self-starter, and well organized-DHS Suitability clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with construction and maintenance of WBS and WBS data dictionary

-BA or BS degree

-PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification-Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification
