Position Responsibilities
• Assist in your specific culinary station;
• In absence of the Sous Chef, expedite service in a smooth, professional manner;
• Ensure the consistency and quality of all meals created;
• Create menus and daily fresh sheets alongside the Chef de Partie;
• Maintain accountability for culinary brigade;
Position Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in the kitchen
• Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles and ingredients;
• Sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge;
• Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and navigating stairs.
