KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs all duties related to admission and discharge of guests for the Wellness Center.
- Greeting patients on arrival to Wellness center, Orientation of property, appointments, procedures and general information.
- Perform receptionist duties that include greeting all patients and visitors, answering telephones, taking messages, following up on messages and scheduling follow-up exams or treatment as required.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining all office and clinical supplies within the department budget.
- Retrieve and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
