As a Safety Supervisor for QDF, you will be responsible for monitoring activities at the airside and landside QDF owned facilities ensuring that all external suppliers and operators adhere to and implement the QDF safety standards. You will ensure QDF infrastructure and facilities are in a safe and orderly condition; and in compliance with national and airport standards. 

The role will be to monitor and analyse safety practices within QDF Operations to ensure safety awareness is a top priority to all staff in this area and to constantly improve safety standards.

Requirements

You will ideally be a College/University graduate with and will have attended training programs on safety, first aid, and any other relevant areas. You will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally from within a Retail environment. You will ideally have knowledge of Airport Operations and safety regulations/procedures. You must have a good understanding of Retail Operations, Policies and Procedures; with the ability to read, understand and interpret ordinances, laws and operating procedures. 

You must be responsible, accountable, and extremely organized, ready to work in a team environment but also act independently when required. You must also be ready to work in varied shifts if required. Excellent written and spoken English is a basic requirement.

Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
