Job Description
• Driving F&B outlet revenue
• Developing accounts e.g. corporate, travel & leisure related, events, etc
• Establishing, monitoring & managing partnerships
• Identify & create base revenue for F&B outlets
• Work with marketing to promote F&B outlets to various market segments
• Support marketing in achieving marketing objectives concerning F&B
• Be available for F&B related events & activities e.g. blogger/journalist dinners
• Host regular events as part account management rapport building
• Manage all social media accounts on a daily basis
• Create, plan and execute the social media content calendar
• Drive social media engagement
• Champion and lead social media on property with guests and associates
Requirements
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job:
• Middle Eastern experience and knowledge of local market
• International working experience would be an advantage
• Strong writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Arabic speaker with excellent English communication both oral & written, any additional language would be an advantage
• Ability to coordinate between departments
• Very good administrative, organization and follow-up skills
• Personal initiative, resolve and high energy towards tasks and goals
• Computer literate
• Holders of valid UAE driving license
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing
Experience
3 years prior experience within Sales & Marketing and F&B environment
