A leading international law firm is seeking a Receptionist to join their offices in Dubai, UAE. The organisation is looking for a dynamic, meticulous and experienced professional to assist in the administrative office.
The role involves coordinating office affairs and managing the general services duties and staff of the office. Furthermore, the role entails, answering phone calls, updating calendars, performing clerical duties, overseeing travel arrangements and organizing driver arrangements, among others.
Requirements
- Have experience working in a corporate or hotel reception environment
- Be experienced with switchboard operation
- Possess excellent communication skills as well as good use of initiative
- Be well-organized and be able to prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Be able to work well under pressure
