The Executive Chef should be outgoing, enthusiastic and customer-focused with the ability to interact with guests.
Candidates must possess European culinary training and must be completely fluent in English. Fluency in French will also be an asset.
Experience working in Resorts will be preferred and experience throughout one or more of the following regions will be an asset; Africa, GCC, Indian Ocean or Asia.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years experience in an Executive Chef role with outlet opening experience.
In addition to being responsible for the smooth operations of the culinary department, the successful candidate will be in charge of developing a new concept for one of their signature outlets.
Familiarity across a diverse number of cuisines is mandatory (i.e. French, Asian, etc.).
The Executive Chef will be remunerated well along with an excellent family package with this Premium International Hotel Group.
