To conceptualize and produce artwork for food promotions, room packages and all other hotel services; activities and collaterals as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Director.
To set up and maintain a systematic filing system for all supplier’s information, job samples, and visuals to ensure easy retrieval of information.
To be responsible for in-house photography and other major photography as assigned. Photography session should be well-coordinated in all areas.
To liaise with a printing press regarding all printed materials for the hotel.
To assist in getting comparative quotations to ensure that the hotel obtains competitive services and prices without sacrificing quality.
To scout for art materials to produce creative and innovative artwork.
To ensure that all in-house collaterals, advertising and publicity materials prepared and produced for the hotel are of acceptable quality, standards and are in line with the brand’s image.
To present visuals and ideas of proposed project. All project materials must be taken down as scheduled and properly stored.
To conceptualize and assist in the showcase displays in the hotel. To coordinate with other departments concerned regarding time and manpower help.
