Job Description
The Supervisor supervises and assists in the service of a quality food & beverage product to guests. Assist in the development of food & beverage products and services and answer guest requests and resolve guest problems.
Coordinate tasks and work to ensure that the department runs efficiently 50%
Ensure that newly hired employees receive orientation training 5%
Work with management to ensure that the employees have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs (e.g., supplies, equipment, and inventory.) 5%
Ensure that the staff members clearly understand their job roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations 5%
Give constructive feedback to the staff members to help them do their jobs better 5%
Conduct day-to-day shift briefings 5%
Ensure the staff is working together as a team to ensure good service and that guest needs are met. 20%
Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. 2%
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. 20%
Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. 5%
Check reservations, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests. 25%
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs. 2%
Serve as a role model 20%

Requirements
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hospitality environment.
Fluency in English is a must.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
