About the role
An exciting role has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking colleague to join the Kitchen team. The main duties of this role are to provide friendly, professional and efficient pastry service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with house standards. And to maintain an efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all time frames and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the kitchen standards manual. Should also be flexible and ready to work in varied shifts as per the requirement of the department.

You will need to have at least one year experience of working in pastry within a 4 or 5 star property.
Personality is the key to our roles, as is a genuine passion for world class personalised service. Excellent command of the Spanish language is required. Other languages are highly valued. We want people who are confident, willing to multi task and undertake duties outside of the normal job description.
