The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• To manage the entire restaurant function/operation 
• To manage all staffing recruitment, levels and Rotas within the restaurant function, staying in line with staffing budgets whilst maintaining a low staff turnover rate
• To be “the face” of the restaurant, warm friendly and customer focused
• To ensure all staff under his/her command are thoroughly trained and knowledgeable on all menu offerings, both for the restaurant and lounge/bar areas
• To be compliant at all times with the company and legislative health and safety policy
• To liaise with the head chef in order to ensure a smooth and to standard service is delivered on a daily basis
• To encourage, motivate and develop all staff members to achieve set goals in relation to revenue targets, upselling targets or any other targets that they wish to set, ultimately being the person responsible for maximizing budgeted revenue
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager

• Premium restaurant management experience, ideally from a similar style restaurant, with steady career advancement with full knowledge of restaurant operations
• UAE experience an advantage
• Numerate and financially aware
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent grooming/ appearance at all times – Trendy, sharp appearance
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly Organized
• Good MS Office skills
• Team work orientated
• Highly motivated and great at motivating staff
• Sociable with an open personality that fits with the brand image
• Qualifications within F&B an advantage
• Knowledge of a broad range of F&B products, competitors and industry trends
• Commitment to developing and maintaining a premium brand
• Minimum 3-4 years in similar position
