What will I be doing?
A kitchen/laundry technician maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all Kitchens equipment and all Laundry equipment. Fulfil any duties assigned by the Engineering department management
· Performs scheduled preventative maintenance. · Performs equipment repairs. · Performs visual equipment evaluations. · Enters repairs in Repair Log book.

A Kitchen/Laundry Technician serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
· Electrical trouble shooting and wiring, schematic reading, plumbing and mechanical trouble shooting and repair.
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on their own
Previous experience in a similar role
