The ideal candidate should have sufficient experience in the hotel industry and must have worked minimum 3 years at Exec. Chef / Head Chef level (in a Speciality Italian outlet).
He should have sufficient knowledge and expertise in overseeing the food cost, menu planning, staff training and overall running of the restaurant (Italian Speciality) independently.
Excellent communication with good command in English is necessary.
