• Maintaining a clean bar area, and taking periodical inventory of the bar.
• Setting and clearing tables to Company's standards in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
• Listen and respond to inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. 
• Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• The ability to greet each guest promptly, courtesy, graciously with eye contact a smile and good posture.
• The ability to ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problems which may arise and informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
• The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a Manager.
• The ability to respond properly in any location emergency or safety situation.
• Completing various other side duties assigned by the Supervisor, and maintaining proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment. 
• Must be able to keep track and maintain daily /weekly inventory sheet at all times.
• The ability to answer and provide clear and accurate information to guests and employees.
• Maintain an alert and attentive demeanor at all times in addition to remaining calm during periods of heavy business volumes.
