The Stay Experience Team is responsible for delivering all guest expectations on their stays in the hotel. Whether they are staying in the hotel accommodation, or with an event, or visiting to use an outlet, the team deliver the service and experience the guest requires, through the restaurants, bars, event spaces, dining in the bedrooms, and concierge desk. In addition, the Stay Experience Team will strive to exceed guests’ expectations and looks for ways to enhance the guest experience.
The Waiter/ess is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with their dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

We are looking for people focus, team player, curious and proactive Waiter/ Waitress – The Montagu to work alongside our Guest Stay Experience Team. With your natural social skills, smart appearance and your passion to achieve the best, you will be part of a strong, fun and vibrant team.
Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a five star hotel environment is desired.
