We are looking for an experienced cluster sales leader, capable of managing a large team of sales, marketing and revenue professionals in two large European hotels. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial strategy across all channels to drive revenue, leading its execution across the cluster within all departments. They will be responsible for the creation and execution of the annual Revenue plan and managing the hotel level marketing plan. They will also support the relevant departments in hotel sales and Public relations activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong sales background
  • Strong analytical skills in order to develop accurate findings
  • Experience in the use of revenue management database systems and tools
  • Strong experience or the ability to adapt to the use of automated systems, personal computers and software programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and travel
  • Adaptable to travel as required and schedule changes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Required qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent
  • Three years or more experience in revenue management or a similar analytical role
  • Leadership skills to ensure the whole team takes responsibility for driving revenue across the cluster
