We are currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for an internationally branded hotel in Turkey.

The right candidate will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the property, to plan and manage its implementation, liaising closely with the General Manager, Hotel Manager, Revenue Manager and be responsible for communication of this strategy to the sales / marketing and events teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MICE business
• Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in Turkish and English
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent organisational/administrative skills with office management experience
• Ability to prioritise tasks & to manage workload using own initiative
• Ability to multi-task & work under pressure with limited resources
