Key Accountabilites:
- Execute the appropriate media mix for campaigns based on pricing, spend thresholds and ROI factors and ensure that delivery is within expectations to hit revenue and margin goals.
- Execute campaign optimization decisions in a timely and accurate manner, including campaign pauses/restarts/rollouts/pullbacks/pacing.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly system audits to ensure that overall system volume is healthy and back-end setup is correct.
- Work with Market Planning managers to align with the promotions
- Work with internal teams to troubleshoot any creative and make sure the implementation is done correctly by ad platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 8 years experience in a Display Marketing role with exposure to quantitative analysis is required.
- Must be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to support sophisticated advertising program.
- Experience with flash, JavaScript and 3rd party ad tags
- Experience with Doubleclick and other 3rd party ad servers as well as GA and other analytica tools
- Good knowledge of behavioral targeting technologies
- Strong understanding of media metrics and calculations
- Experience working for Interactive agency a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Commitment to developing and following through on creative solutions
- Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
- Foster strong cross-functional teamwork and be results driven
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Positive, pro-active attitude and work style a must
