The Role

Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. 

Manages customer project delivery
- Data center deliverable
- Very large/ complex
- High complexity legal and commercial issues

Manages client relationships
- Manages upper level client delivery relationships
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients

Manages project team
- Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 10 people

Requirements

- Excellent communication, influence, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong team leading and collaboration skills.
- Coordination - Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a very large multi-function, multivendor project team.
- Presentation - Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- PMP Certified
- MS Project, MS office.
- Issue weekly Project Reports - Meetings, Status Updates
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Data Center 
- Design/Construction industry, including emerging trends in multiple countries and technical aspects of the job.
- Expert understanding of the Data center vendor industry in permit processes and regulations.

Technical skills
- Data center concept and detailed design.
- Mechanical Engineer or electrical engineer background 
- Uptime Institute certification process, ATD and/or ATS is a Plus
- Data center testing (level 1 to 5)
