An exciting role has arisen in the Guest Services Department at Burj Al Arab for a highly motivated and hard working individual. The main purpose of this position is to be responsible for greeting & guiding all guests or visitors coming to the hotel and ensure personalized welcoming for check-in guests by offering dates, rose water & hot/cold towels as per standard
Your main duties include:
In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 1 year experience as a Guest Services/Relations Executive in a 5-star hotel. Good command of both spoken and written English. At least high school graduate, Front Office operations certificate holder or hotel school diploma.
