The Guest Services Executive is the main point of contact at the Hotel Reception. The main purpose of the role is to be the main point of contact for the guests upon arrival until their departure and to handle all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and effective manner always striving to exceed expectations and keeping in mind ‘Everything Considered'.

at least one year experience in similar role in a luxury five star hotel
have excellent written and spoken English
experience in handling guests requests, and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essessntial.
working knowledge of OPERA system would be an advantage.
