Your main responsibilities are:
- Performing all treatments offered within the SPA, this includes treatments in the SPA treatment menu, new treatments, indoor and out door SPA treatments, group events according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt, positive and timely manner.
- Promoting all spa products to every guest and offer full product knowledge.
- Ensuring you have relevant and sufficient stock to perform your treatments.
- Being able to ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up as per SPA SOP before beginning any treatment.
- Advising guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.
- Assisting in keeping accurate written consultation records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.
- Participating in on-going training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to study your skill.
- Assisting in checking all spa facilities are in working order.
In order to be considered for this role you will have completed and passed a recognised international qualification in Spa Therapy field. You will also have a proven track record of working in a similar role in high quality spa in a 5 star hospitality environment and be able to demonstrate that you are competently able to carry out not only different massages but also a variety of beauty therapy treatments. You must have a minimum of two year's experience in performing therapy services and extensive knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology.
