The Role
Our client has been established here since 1935 and since then has gone on to provide a wide portfolio of construction services to client across the UAE. Their name is synonymous with; integrity, reliability, professional management expertise and the delivery of high quality construction projects. With an excellent track record of successful project delivery, they are proud to have contributed to the development of Dubai and the UAE through the completion of many landmark projects over the years, in conjunction with their UK business partner.
We are seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to join this vibrant office and support a team of five Directors, involving complex and intensive diary management; liaising with lots of different departments and site offices. Extensive document production, directing important correspondence for signature and management of expenses is also expected.
There is considerable external communication required with customers, consultants and suppliers as well as internally with service management and the company's executive management team. The team does travel and the Personal Assistant will act as the facilitator for information and requests during their absence.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with efficient filing and administration skills; they will be highly organized and systematic in approach to their work.
The ability to prioritize, whilst deadlines loom and show initiative is important and candidates should demonstrate flexibility on all levels. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate commitment to their previous employers and who is seeking that stability factor.
Our client has requested a native English speaker for this role, due the high level of communication that takes place with the UK and strong proficiency in MS Office is expected.
