MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deploy marketing strategy related to VET (Veterinary Clinic partners) Pillar
- Set the activity plan to support sales and recommendation
- Responsible for creating tools and reports to support VET Pillar
- Coordinate new product launches.
- Evaluates customer information and feedback, market conditions, sales team feedback, and competitor data to implement marketing plan and changes as needed.
- Responsible for marketing budget management and efficiency
- Cooperation with European Marketing and Global Marketing Team
- Cooperation inside European Vet Community
- Coordinate activity planning/execution with the Sales Team
- Responsibility for internal and external scientific /product training
- Responsibility for relationship with Vet Universities and Vet students
- Monitor execution and evaluate results
- Coordination and responsibility for engagement of Vet marketing team (4 associates)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing with +3 years’ experience in a similar marketing/sales role Creativity and passion
Leadership skills
Strong analytical and project management skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Well organized and self-driven and motivated Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication Ambitious with desire to build a career
Fluent in English & Polish
Very good computer skills (Excel, Power Point)
