The Role

We are seeking for an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor for our subsidiary company. Must have a good experience in leading a team to ensure an exceptional standard of service and quality.

Your duties would include:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant 
- Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and repeated business by leading the team to high quality operational performances & through personal contact.
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in controls of profit & loss, by following cash control/ security procedures, maintaining inventory and ensuring stock storage areas are secure, neat and clean at all times.
- Actively motivating and training of the team on a daily basis and development of junior employees on standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring maintenance of equipments and facility through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
- Handling of the entire restaurant operation in the absence of the restaurant manager.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant supervisory position
- Has strong work ethics
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of oral and written English communication
- Computer literate
