The Receptionist welcomes and registers Resort guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. He/she makes check in and check out, informs guests about all the Resort facilities. He/she checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. He/she responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

 

The following skills are required for this position:

 

• Fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous

• European applicants are preferable (French country)

• Applicants are required to have at least 1 year as a receptionist, in luxury hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication skills for both guest and colleagues interactions

• Exceptional customer service
