Job Outline:
Research, assess, administer, and recommend the most appropriate psychological tests for recruitment / workshops and training / coaching, which contribute to enhanced quality of staff selection and development.  
Work across a diverse environment and have this front of mind when applying a wide range of psychometrics. Utilise the psychometrics to evaluate fit for role/competencies, ensuring specified standards of quality control.
Assess staff being promoted into management grades and report findings to the Human Resource Manager (HRM) and Line Manager in order to ensure that the staff member is capable of taking on the increased responsibility of a higher position.
Assess key safety critical roles to the business and recommend for external pilot selection and internal Command upgrades, using a breadth of tools.
Design of assessment and development centres, where appropriate, across the business.
Review processes within the Department and recommend changes as appropriate in order to continuously improve the service to clients and to the Group. This can be done by contributing and leading projects and creating appropriate norms for tools used within the Group. 
Research and benchmark international practices particularly in the area of Aviation Psychology, recommending appropriate adaptation in the company, keeping in mind the business needs and analysis.
Provide coaching to employees who are identified by management or self referred to support their continued development.
Proactively develop and deliver workshops/trainings across the Group depending on the business requirement and an understanding of the business and its challenges. Thereby supporting staff and managers facing challenges of continuous expansion, growth and the multicultural context.
Qualifications & Experience
Masters Degree (12+5 or equivalent) : Master in Occupational/Organisational/Industrial Psychology
Accredited Level A&B Psychological Testing (eg. Saville WAVE, MBTI, 16PF etc.)
Membership of an International Psychological Organisation (BPS/APA/APS)  
Coaching accreditation is an advantage Minimum 8 years relevant experience  
Qualified Psychometrician
Professional knowledge of research procedures using statistical method.
Analysis, diagnosis and evaluation including some practical experience in Human Resources using selection techniques, Interviewing skills/competencies analysis.
Working experience in an occupational psychology or aviation psychology setting in private practice or in a corporate environment is preferred
