- Posting daily sales and statistics into the ERP system (SAGE)
- Preparing and distributing the daily sales report on a timely basis
- Reconciling the daily deposit slip with the daily posting schedules
- Matching the daily credit card payments to the daily posting schedules to ensure that they are correctly accounted for and are accurately allocated
- Checking that all missing & voided guest checks are investigated and followed-up daily with notification to Restaurant Manager for appropriate action
- Ensuring that all F&B outlet checks are settled as soon as the check is paid
- Reviewing and tracking F&B discount checks and verifying where necessary
- Updating new discounts and any promotions on timely and accurate manner
- Handling all issues related to Micros – being the main point of contact with the vendor and for the Restaurant Managers
- Ensuring that all Micros additions, deletions and amendment are captured correctly
- Invoices, monthly statements, are dispatched regularly and promptly (as they relate to revenue shares or otherwise)
- Prepare the month-end Journal Vouchers
- Ensuring intercompany accounts are maintained accurately with supporting backup
- Preparing invoices for the leasing business so that they are dispatched regularly and promptly contract with supporting back-up
- Analysing variances in revenue to budget and last year and providing high quality recommendations to management
- Assistance with the quarterly forecasting process and the annual budgeting process
