Sales Manager, St.Petersburg, Russia

The job duties will be:

To maintain existing Four Seasons account relationships within the hotel’s source markets

To develop individual accounts using information from all sources such as, but not limited to, World Wide Sales Offices, Front Office, regular clients/guests, media, industry contacts and market intelligence, under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing.

To research new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate companies/organizations likely to produce business for the hotel.

To organize and participate in familiarization tours and events as required.

 

We are looking for successful candidates with the following requirements:

3 years plus of experience as Sales/Group Sales Manager Position or higher in a five star hotel

Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating soliciting, selling and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability

Fluent English

To have outstanding market, competition and product knowledge

University Degree or Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.

Have good sales, presentation, planning, organization, negotiating, and communication skills.

Have high energy and great attitude

Ability to operate computer equipment and /software systems including but not limited with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on the level of experienced user in and other hotel computer equipment, as well as Delphi, and Opera.
