We are in need of an Office Manager with skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of its day-to-day operations.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organized, even when you''re working from home! We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral role in the future expansion of the company.
Key responsibilities involve:
Administer HR functions such as review of employment applications, Personal Development Plans, incentive schemes and training requirements.
Schedule, attend and minute various meetings as required by the management team.
Follow up on agreed action points and special projects in a timely manner.
Raise the management''s attention in case agreed actions are in danger of not being achieved.
Maintain a working relationship with high profile customers and foreign suppliers and where appropriate, attend customer and supplier meetings with other members of the management team.
Maintain office records such as design and update of filing systems, define procedures for record retention; ensure protection, security, and effective transfer of files and records; and ensure personnel files are up to date and secure.
Maintain office efficiency such as supply of office stock and stationeries.
