Personal Assistant to the CEO

The Role

We are working with my client to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support at the highest level, to ensure the provision of a professional, highly confidential and efficient administrative support function.

Responsibilities to include
- Organise and action personal activities on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide support for the CEO's other investments and businesses globally. 
- Assist with the administration, coordination and management of the CEO's property and investment portfolio. 
- Reporting, researching information, collating data, drafting responses and providing status reports on outstanding issues.
- Identifying, monitoring and attending to enquiries, by ensuring resolution and quality control of responses coming from within the entities.
- Liaising with the Executive Office to maintain a comprehensive daily diary for the CEO.
- Arranging extensive global travel, accommodation requirements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Liaise with relevant staff and outside organisations, in the scheduling of official functions relevant to the CEO's responsibilities.
- Building and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships whilst ensuring the provision of a confidential, timely, concise and accurate administrative service.
- Arranging family visits, vacations, visas etc.
- All other assistance as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have previous PA experience to a high net worth individual at Chairman or CEO level, must be fluent in English speaking, reading and writing Arabic is an advantage, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven abilities to communicate effectively, proficient in computer software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, high level organisational and time management skills. A flexible approach to the requirements of working outside of business working hours.
