Job Summary :

Maintain high standard of repair and maintenance work for further related areas.

Design and construct wood work/ and others as per demand.

Repair damaged wallpaper and woodwork whenever needed.

Attend to all guest complaints regarding drapery, furniture problems and damages as per the guest request.

Ensure that all jobs undertaken are finished with a high quality and with the desired finish that is required.

Job site area should be cleaned up as soon as the work is finished.

Make sure that all materials required to perform the job are available before commencing work.

Keep track of all the jobs that are tackled.

Ensure engineering spaces are kept clean, safe and in an orderly manner.

Understand and practice hotel emergency fire procedures.

Document all paperwork on rooms inspection list.

Understand and practice hotel emergency fire procedures and safety rules at work.

Maintain safe condition in work area and other associated areas.

Participate in departmental meetings and training etc.

Assist in energy conservation programme.

Your uniform should be clean at all times if you have to go to guest areas.

Your uniform should be changed on a daily basis.

Hygiene is of upmost importance, please make sure that you wash before coming to work and you practice good hygiene throughout your daily routine.

To ensure that you maintain a high level of hospitality and guest concern.

Practice at all times “Empowerment” and do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest.

Accident prevention and safety to be aware of all existing departmental job safety analysis and to strive to work in an accident free manner and to create a safe working environment for himself and for others.

Maintain high standard of GSS and Brand standard for guest rooms and related areas.
