Job Description
· Order Placement using SAP system and Dispatch monitoring
· Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfilment
· Internal coordination for a smooth order transaction
· Complaints Handling till Resolution – Entry, Follow-up, Closing
· Review of LC drafts and bank documents
· On time sending of customer invoices and filing
· To implement safety procedures according to the company safety policy
· To participate and provide expertise as a member of the Customer Service Centre in order to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the team as a whole
· To prepare Quotations using SAP system
