The Role

The role is for a five star premium hotel brand in Dubai. The role will be responsible for the: organization of Food & Beverage administration; Coordination with the sales offices and compilation of and adherence to financial budgets within F&B (Avg. covers, revenue, costs & related expenses).

Requirements

- An F&B specialist with a proven track record in Food and Beverage within their respected industry.
- At least 2 years experience working as Assistant Director of F&B including management level experience.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Degree or Diploma in Food and Beverage or Hotel and Tourism Management
- Preferable Mother language English
- German nationals or Arabic speakers preferred
