About Your Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a highly complex Passenger Services Operation in London Heathrow International Airport. In conjunction with the Airport Services Manager, you will ensure the consistent delivery of Five Star customer service.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant bachelors degree combined with a minimum of five years airline experience specifically within a Passenger Services supervisory capacity.
You will have a strong customer service ethos and be effective in communicating at all levels of staff.
You will also have the ability to effectively manage a team through delegation, setting of clear work directions and management of workflow.
Strong mentoring and coaching skills are a must.
English language fluency (written and oral) is essential.
