JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your first priority will be the care of our guests and their needs whilst they are staying at our hotel.
You will be involved in the checking in and out of our guests. Manning the front desk and answering all telephone calls to the hotel.
Other duties will include responsibility for floats and other associated administrative duties.
We would welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours.
Working as part of a team you will work a shift pattern ensuring the front desk is covered between the hours of 7am to 23:00pm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hotel experience would be preferred but not essential as full training can be given to the right candidate.
The ideal candidate would have had previous customer service experience and have good attention to detail.
We seek someone with good communication skills, enthusiasim and a professional attitude. Someone who can work well under pressure whilst remaining positive.
Someone who is computer literate and preferably with some experience in Opera or one of the other hotel booking systems. Again if not then full training can be given to the right candidate.
