The Role

- Serve as liaison between Business and IT; translating business needs into functional business requirements. Collaborate with business partner to define project scope and business requirements for small to medium business requests.
- Assist in the development and planning of testing to ensure that the designed solutions satisfy the business requirements.
- Provide regular updates and communicate business concerns or feedback to the concerned entities.
- Create and update documentation related to business processes and workflow; assist in the development of training materials. 
- Analyze, install and configure new computer system; including cables, printers, personal Access, electronic mail, Microsoft processing, operating system, other appropriate Software and Hardware.
- Review, monitor and upgrade existing workstations.
- Provide assistance and instructions concerning the use of computer equipment, Software and manuals.
- Recommend improvements or upgrade and prepare evaluations of software, Hardware & troubleshoot problems.
- Respond to users inquiries.
- Understand internal/external customer technologies and problem resolution techniques.
- Provides end users support for all applications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Business Computing or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience preferably within retail business
- Team player, good communication skills, creative
- Fluency of English
- Attentive to Details
